Responsibilities

Fullstack developer – Prevention Center
Main Purpose

Responsible for partnering with functional business leaders across all areas in Enabling Functions, Commercial and Operations, and also with IT CTO teams at a sector level to manage end to end application and infrastructure monitoring solutions with a DevSecOps approach to prevent disruption in the business as usual daily operations.
Understanding business strategies, processes and infrastructure to proactively recommend monitoring solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities.
This role performs and deliver across core IT disciplines: Relationship Management, Demand Shapping, Solutions Development and Delivery, Information Security and platforms/products Continous Improvement, Maintenance and Monitoring.
Execute the Preventive Monitoring Capability for all business funcionts and internal IT teams.

Accountabilities

  • Maintain relationship between IT and business functions and internal IT teams ensuring a single point of contact from IT for all monitoring activities (A,E)
  • Implement the sector IT monitoring solutions and products by leveraging Global Platforms (A,E)
  • Support Business Strategy Execution ensuring DevSecOps operating model and Agile ways of working implementation (A, E)
  • It & Business capability roadmapping & Ideas generation (A,C)
  • Demand shaping to orchestrate capabilities development and drive value for the organization (A,E)
  • Value assessment, monitoring & reporting (A,I)
  • Sector and Global inherited monitoring Apps/Products Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement (A,E)
  • Partners with all IT teams to create and deploy solutions and services, orchestrates resources and ensures appropriate business engagement and ownership. (A,E)
  • Supports strategic functional and IT portfolios orchestrating program and projects management, communicating program/projects exceptions and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. (A,E)
  • Represents business interests for operation, sustain solutions and services (A,I)


Qualifications

Education/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of related IT business work experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Agile Mindset
  • Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers
  • Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
  • Experience in CPG industry required
  • DevTools: Javascript, Java11 HTML5,IDE Netbeans, IDE Visual studio, SQL advanced, Web Service, Servlets Apache tomcat 9, Jquery 3.5, Jquery ui, Jqgrid, Highcharts 8/10, Bootstrap 4 , JDK 11, TypeScript, Task Scheduler (Sprinter), PDFBox, UFT and Vugen scripting
  • Microsoft tools: AzureDevOps, Excel (macros), Power apps, One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams
  • Dev ETL using different datasources: Hana, Oracle, Excel files, CSV, Log, WS (Soap/rest), Sharepoint
  • Desirable SAP ERP, Service Now (Change/Incidents/Events/Configuration/ServiceDesk)
  • Desirable ITOM for example Operations Bridge from Microfocus or other monitoring platform
  • Desirable UI, Look and feel, visual design, color, screens, responsive design
